文脉溯源

三重底蕴，织就项目精神内核

丨以画为骨：以《十八学士图》为蓝本，将焚香、对弈、观画等文人雅趣，转化为可沉浸式体验的园林场景；

丨书院为形：复刻潇湘书院轩堂、廊桥、亭台、飞檐、棂窗等核心形制，让千年文气融入建筑肌理；

丨哲思为魂：将王国维“三境”哲思植入动线，入园见疏朗、穿径探幽境、登庭得豁然，步步进阶。

Rooted in Song Dynasty Painting: Inspired by The Eighteen Scholars, it transforms literati pursuits such as incense appreciation, chess games, and painting viewing into immersive garden scenes.

Shaped by Classical Academies: Recreating the defining architectural elements of Xiaoxiang Academy—including pavilions, covered bridges, towers, sweeping eaves, and latticed windows—it weaves a thousand years of scholarly spirit into the very fabric of the space.

Infused with Philosophical Vision: Integrating Wang Guowei’s “Three Realms” philosophy into the spatial journey—entering with a sense of openness, wandering through winding paths to discover secluded depths, and ascending to a terrace to embrace expansive vistas—each step unfolds a gradual revelation.

一进·礼序

/ 140米仪范界面、启幕东方尊荣 /

60米宽礼序大门峙立中轴，门头传承唐代“宅以门户为冠带”之礼，形如盛唐官帽。

The 60-meter-wide ritual gate stands along the central axis, its design inheriting the Tang dynasty tradition that "the gate is the crown of a residence," and is shaped like a Tang dynasty official’s hat.

门外，中式书卷画轴水景漫流，光华内敛、清辉藏身，以文韵迎宾。

Outside the gate, a Chinese-style waterscape unfurls like a scroll, its waters flowing gently—with restrained brilliance and hidden radiance—welcoming guests with a touch of scholarly elegance.

归家第一眼，甪端自《山海经》而来，舍皇家殿堂，守寻常烟火。

The first sight upon returning home is Luduan—a mythical creature from The Classic of Mountains and Seas—who has left the royal halls to guard the humble hearths of everyday life.

门侧迎客松舒展，对称成礼——这并非点缀，而是为家寻回的门风与安然。

On either side of the gate, welcoming pines stretch out in a symmetrical gesture of courtesy—this is no mere ornament, but a restoration of the family’s dignity and peace.

进入大门，九尾锦鲤跃然墙上，灵感源自《鲤跃龙门图》，鳞光灼灼，与门外画轴水景遥相呼应——既是对业主的美好祝愿，亦是“鲤悦”案名的完美诠释。

Nine-tailed koi fish leap vividly on the wall, inspired by the Painting of Carp Leaping Over the Dragon Gate. Their scales glisten brightly, echoing the scroll-like waterscape outside the gate—offering both heartfelt wishes of good fortune to the residents and a perfect interpretation of the project’s name, “Li Yue (Joy of the Carp).”

二进·雅院

/ 九松园、精工雕琢之美 /

回形游廊围合庭院，九棵老松苍劲成林，构建静谧雅致的核心景观区。

A cloverleaf-shaped corridor encloses the courtyard, where nine old-stump pines stand with vigorous grace to form a miniature forest, creating a tranquil and elegant core landscape area.

园中核心，重建“稷下亭”。匠人循古法一砖一木复原，以波罗格木榫卯结构承千年传承，重现“百家争鸣”的思想盛世。松风穿亭而过，古今智慧于此交汇。

At the heart of the garden stands the reconstructed Jixia Pavilion. Artisans have restored it using traditional methods, brick by brick and wood by timber, employing mortise-and-tenon joinery crafted from merbau wood to carry forward a millennium-old heritage—reviving the intellectual splendor of the “Hundred Schools of Thought.” A pine-scented breeze drifts through the pavilion, where the wisdom of past and present converges.

勤学堂前，仿鲤形置石静卧水间，姿态复刻逆浪跃龙门之姿。

In front of the Hall of Diligent Study, a carp-shaped ornamental stone rests quietly in the water, its posture recreating the scene of a carp braving the currents to leap toward the Dragon Gate.

信步“状元桥”，跨越一池墨色碧水，激励少年执笔乘风，勇攀青云之路。桥侧百达翡绿奢石收边，细节处见贵重。

Stroll across Zhuangyuan Bridge, spanning a pond of ink-dark jade-green water—a path to inspire young hearts to wield their brushes, ride the wind, and scale the heights of success. Lined with Patek Philippe Green luxury stone, the bridge reveals touches of refinement in every detail.

状元桥整体造型古朴，由拱形阑干和桥体两部分构成，阑干绘制定制云纹柱脚，侧面采用百达翡绿奢石收边，价值高昂，极具观赏价值。

The Zhuangyuan Bridge features an elegantly antique form, consisting of an arched balustrade and the bridge body. The balustrade is adorned with custom cloud-patterned column bases, while the sides are trimmed with Patek Philippe Green luxury stone—a material of great value that offers exceptional visual appeal.

游廊低饱和色彩，仿木纹顶棚与金属网帘交织光影，精选鸡爪槭点缀其间，24小时无惧风雨，方寸庭园自有雅韵。

The corridor features muted colors, where a wood-grain ceiling and metal mesh curtains interplay with light and shadow. Carefully selected Japanese maples punctuate the space, sheltered from wind and rain around the clock—a small garden that exudes its own quiet elegance.

勤学堂深植书院基因，复刻古代治学雅境。清风翻书，似与千年贤者对坐。推窗即揽状元桥，文脉相承，书香致远——最好的教育，是让成长浸润在文化的气韵里。

The Hall of Diligent Study is deeply rooted in the tradition of classical academies, recreating an elegant setting for scholarly pursuit. A gentle breeze rustling through the pages feels like sitting face to face with a sage from a thousand years ago. 三进·闲庭

勤学花园，以节气为序、本土树种为基，借植物叶、花、果实现多维感官疗愈。

The Garden of Diligent Study is sequenced by the solar terms and rooted in native flora, using the leaves, flowers, and fruits of plants to achieve multisensory healing.

以繁绿铺就第三境底色，打造集生态、休闲、静谧于一体的居者私享空间。

With lush greenery forming the base of the third realm, it crafts a private sanctuary for residents that seamlessly integrates ecology, leisure, and tranquility.

现代仿木钢结构斗拱亭凌于绿意，古制新裁，自成风景。

A modern timber-like steel structure with dougong brackets rises above the greenery—an ancient form reimagined with modern techniques, creating a landscape of its own.
