菲律宾驻广州总领事艾瑞表示，湖南与菲律宾产业互补性突出、经贸合作基础扎实，双方市场合作前景广阔、潜力巨大。他还重点推介了菲律宾便捷高效的签证办理服务，热忱欢迎湖南企业赴菲考察交流。

Mr. Iric C. Arribas, Consul General of Philippine Consulate General in Guangzhou, stated that Hunan and the Philippines have significant industrial complementarity and a solid foundation for economic and trade cooperation, with broad prospects and tremendous potential for bilateral market collaboration. He also highlighted the Philippines' convenient and efficient visa processing services, warmly welcoming Hunan enterprises to visit and explore opportunities in the Philippines.

Ms. Li Weimin, Director of the Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Foreign Science and Technology Exchange Center, pointed out that this matchmaking event is an important measure for Xiangjiang New Area to expand international cooperation channels and help enterprises "go global". The New Area hopes to take this event as an opportunity to promote coordinated cooperation in the industrial chain with the Philippines and help build a higher-level open economic system.

Ms. Joey Li, representative of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center, delivered a presentation on market opportunities in the Philippines. She systematically outlined the local investment incentive policies and sincerely invited entrepreneurs from Hunan to explore opportunities in the Philippines, jointly expand into the ASEAN market, and achieve mutual success through collaboration.

中国菲律宾商会秘书长刘振强表示在两地贸易投资合作背景下，民商相通的格局正加快形成。他特别提到湘菲经济合作的典范最早可追溯到“杂交水稻之父”袁隆平和他的团队于90年代赴菲研发西岭8号水稻，现已助13万农户增产，成为一段合作佳话。

Mr.Allan Liu, Secretary General of the China-Philippines Chamber of Commerce, stated that under the background of trade and investment cooperation between the two countries, the pattern of communication between the people and businesses is accelerating. He particularly mentioned that the model of economic cooperation between China and the Philippines, which originated from the "Father of Hybrid Rice", Yuan Longping and his team's visit to the Philippines in the 1990s to develop the Xiling 8 rice variety, has now helped 130,000 farmers increase their production and has become a wonderful story of cooperation.

在企业对接环节，湘菲企业代表围绕产业合作与项目落地深入洽谈，精准对接。本次对接会成功搭建高效务实平台，推动优势产业互补融合，深化双边贸易投资，为湘企拓展东盟注入新动能。

During the enterprise exchange session, representatives from Hunan and the Philippines engaged in in-depth discussions and precise matchmaking focused on industrial cooperation and project implementation. The conference successfully established an efficient and pragmatic platform, promoting the complementary integration of advantageous industries and deepening bilateral trade and investment, injecting new momentum for Hunan enterprises to expand into the ASEAN market.

活动前，菲律宾代表团参观了国际科技商务平台、中非青年创新创业基地以及国家海外人才离岸创新创业基地。

Before the event, the Philippine delegation visited the International Science and Technology Business Platform, the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, and Changsha National Offshore Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base for Overseas Professionals.

当日下午，代表团还深入参观了力宇动力、赞美汽车等具有代表性的新区企业。参观过程中，双方密切交流，就产品研发、技术创新和未来发展方向等方面的情况进行了深入交流。
