这座城市的夜生活，从来不缺热闹，但很少有人认真对待日落时分，因为大多数我们只是把傍晚当作一个过渡时间：下班、赶路、吃饭，所以我们一直在想，能不能在这段空白之中做些什么。

If you stay in Changsha long enough, you will truly feel that this city’s nightlife is always lively. But few people really cherish sunset time. Most of us only see the evening as a transition: getting off work, rushing home, eating dinner. So we kept wondering what we could do with this empty moment.

我们想把这段被忽略的时间，留下来，而这也就是 Sound Above City 并不复杂的起点，因为只是刚好那天我们站在这栋楼的19层。

We wanted to save this overlooked time. That’s the simple beginning of Sound Above City. One day, we stood on the 19th floor of this building.

看着太阳慢慢往下掉，没有音乐，没有人群，只有风和一点点城市的声音，所以我们一致决定把派对搬到了19楼之上，把音乐直接嵌入长沙的天际线。

watching the sun slowly set. There was no music, no crowd, only the wind and soft city sounds. We decided to move the party to the 19th floor, and play music right into Changsha’s skyline.

5月1日的下午15:30，没有倒计时，没有刻意的开场，或许有人刚睡醒，或许有人刚忙完，或许还有人还带着白天的疲惫，更甚至有人只是想找个地方放松，和音乐一样，不是一下子把你拉进来，而是让你在不知不觉里，开始点头，开始摇晃，开始和旁边的人对视一眼。

On May 1st at 15:30, there will be no countdown, no forced opening. Some may just wake up, some may finish work, some still feel tired from the day, and some just want to relax. Just like the music, it won’t pull you in suddenly. Instead, you’ll slowly nod your head, sway your body, and exchange a look with people beside you without noticing.

当第一段旋律被拉长的时候，风刚好吹过来，温度刚好降下来，你会突然意识到：这一刻，不需要更大的音量，你可以靠在栏杆边，看着湘江的水面发呆，也可以举着酒杯，对着天边那一片橙色拍照，当然你也可以什么都不做，只是跟着节奏轻轻晃身体；

When the first melody plays on, the wind blows gently, and the temperature drops nicely. You’ll suddenly realize: you don’t need loud music. You can lean on the railing, stare blankly at the Xiang River, take photos of the orange sunset with a drink in hand, or do nothing at all — just sway softly to the beat.

你会发现，当太阳慢慢西下的时候，音乐的情绪值自然被推高，这种体验，在室内是做不出来的，所以这一次，我们没有用堆阵容的方式去做 Line-up.

You’ll find that as the sun goes down, the music mood rises naturally. This feeling can never be achieved indoors. So this time we didn’t make a star-studded lineup.

从下午到入夜的这段时间，我们的6位嘉宾，有人负责打开气氛，有人负责推进旋律，也有人承接黑夜能量，他们风格不同，但连在一起刚好是完整的日落。
