When taking children to pools or the seaside during the holidays, please stay vigilant against drowning risks. Parents must take full responsibility for supervision and strengthen education and management of their children.

I. Be Alert to These High-Risk Drowning Locations：

For children aged 5–9, high-risk areas include canals, ponds, and reservoirs.For children over 10 years old, with a broader range of activities, ponds, lakes, and rivers are the main drowning hazards.

II. When Swimming or Playing in Water with Children, Please Follow These Four Key Rules:

1. No Taking Risks—Choose licensed and safe swimming venues like swimming pools. Do not allow children to swim or play alone.

2. No Distraction—Stay fully attentive when your child is near water.

3. No Wandering Away—Practice touch supervision. Always keep your child within arm’s reach or direct sight.

4. No Carelessness—Provide proper safety education beforehand and familiarize yourselves with the swimming environment.

1. Strictly follow traffic rules: walk on the pavement and use pedestrian crossings.

2.Do not cross the road without looking both ways, and avoid playing on the road.

3. For private car travel, inspect the vehicle beforehand, do not let children sit in the front passenger seat.

4. Use child safety seats for children under 4 years old, and always wear seatbelts. 

5. Avoid distracted driving, such as using mobile phones, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or when fatigued.

1. Before going on a trip, ensure that all household electrical appliances, gas valves, and other utilities are turned off to prevent fire hazards.

2. Carefully read the instructions for amusement rides and choose appropriate ones based on the child’s age and height.

3. During water-based activities such as rafting or boating, parents must accompany the child at all times and ensure proper safety measures are in place.

4. Select reputable tourist attractions and keep children within designated safe areas. Avoid entering undeveloped regions.

5. When in nature, take precautions against insect bites by wearing long trousers and sports shoes when playing in grassy areas.

1. Parents should agree on screen time limits with their children and monitor their online activities, including game account registrations and payments.

2. Guide children to use the internet responsibly and avoid spreading false information.

3. Encourage children to stay away from inappropriate websites, be cautious about registering for unfamiliar accounts, and prevent addiction to online games. Promote healthy and green internet use.

4. Teach children the “Three Do not and One Caution” principle: do not click on unknown links, do not trust calls from strangers, do not disclose personal information, and always verify before transferring money.

2. Before consumption,arefully inspect the food for any unusual odors, discoloration, or other abnormalities to avoid the occurrence of food poisoning. 

3. In addition, it is important to pay attention to food hygiene, wash hands frequently, and avoid consuming raw and cold foods to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort.

4. 将药品和危险化学品放到孩子不易接触的地方，谨防孩子误食或误喝。

2. Keep young children away from balconies and windows to prevent accidents.

3. Educate children not to play with sharp objects like scissors.

4. Store medications and hazardous chemicals out of children’s reach to prevent accidental ingestion or consumption.

1. Explain the dangers of fire to children and ensure they do not have unsupervised access to matches or lighters.

2. When using electrical appliances at home, pay attention to electrical safety, and avoid short circuits that may cause fires.

3. Teach children basic fire safety knowledge and instruct them to prioritise their own safety if they encounter a fire, and to call 119 immediately.
