在长沙县松雅湖湿地公园南侧，一处全新的城市公共与居住景观正悄然生长。这里不仅是一座项目，更是一次关于城市文化、自然意境与当代生活方式的重新诠释。我们希望它成为长沙充满活力的新地标——在传统与现代之间，在自然与城市之间，找到一种恰到好处的平衡。

On the southern side of Songya Lake Wetland Park in Changsha County, a new urban public and residential landscape is gradually emerging. More than just a development, it represents a renewed interpretation of urban culture, natural atmosphere, and contemporary lifestyles. The project aspires to become a vibrant new landmark for Changsha—

finding a delicate balance between tradition and modernity, nature and the city.

设计愿景｜把湖湘传统文化语言融入当代城市生活

Design Vision | Translating Changsha’s Cultural Language into Contemporary Urban Life

项目以“生态、松弛、传承”为关键词，试图回应一个更本质的问题：当城市不断生长，我们如何为人们保留一处既能社交、也能静心的空间？设计将湖湘的在地文化与自然语汇融入现代空间秩序之中，通过水、绿植、材质与空间节奏的层层递进，营造一个既富有城市能量，又能安放日常情绪的场所。让城市肌理和生活空间在这里高度融合，这里不是对传统的复刻，而是一种当代转译。

With Greenery, Relaxation, and Tradition as its core keywords, the project seeks to address a fundamental question:As cities continue to grow, how can we preserve spaces that allow both social interaction and quiet retreat? By integrating Changsha’s local cultural references and natural language into a contemporary spatial framework, the design layers water, planting, materials, and spatial rhythm to create a place that carries urban vitality while accommodating everyday emotions. This is not a replication of tradition, but a contemporary interpretation.

市民广场 | 来自湿地的“微气候中心”

Civic Square | A Wetland-Inspired Micro-Climate Hub

这一新开发的城市广场旨在提升城市社交互动。设计以改造城市景观为目标，通过丰富的绿植、宁静的水景和创新设计，以附近的松雅湖湿地为灵感，打造“菘菘PARK”独特的“微气候中心”，在丰富社区活动空间的同时引入丰富的植物品类，旨在为地栖昆虫、鸟类等营造适宜的生态环境，以植物多样性激活生物网络，增强生态系统的稳定性和平衡能力。漫步其间，湿地灵感的绿岛点缀其中，为对话、放松或沉思提供私密角落。铺装设计融入当地“湘绣”纺织图案，赋予文化气息，让每一步都成为对区域丰富遗产的探索。这里是社交互动、休闲放松和文化欣赏的理想场所。

在市民广场的临湖一侧，空间逐渐展开为一处面向湖景的公共客厅。色彩斑斓、香气四溢的花卉环绕其间，激活感官体验，营造出自然而亲切的氛围。由本地石材打造的圆形剧场为空间注入更多功能与活力，从这里可一览松雅湖的开阔景观，使其成为聚会、停留与静享湖景的理想场所。

The newly developed urban plaza focusses on enhancing the city's social interaction. Designed to transform the cityscape, this dynamic space combines lush greenery, serene water features, and innovative design to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for all. Inspired by the nearby Songya Wetland, offering a “SongSong PARK’s” unique “micro-climate hub”. While enriching spaces for community activities, the project introduces a diverse range of plant species to foster suitable habitats for ground-dwelling insects, birds, and other wildlife. By activating ecological networks through plant diversity, it strengthens the resilience and balance of the local ecosystem. Wander through lush wetland-inspired islands that dot the space, creating intimate nooks for conversation, relaxation, or reflection. The playful pavements, infused with local “Xiang embroidery” textile patterns, cultural touch, making every step an exploration of the area’s rich heritage. Perfectly for social interaction, relaxation, and cultural appreciation.

Along the lakeside edge, the civic space gradually unfolds into an open, living-room-like setting facing the water. Surrounded by vibrant flowering plants rich in color and fragrance, the area engages the senses and enhances the overall spatial experience. A circular amphitheater crafted from locally sourced stone adds both functionality and character, offering panoramic views of Songya Lake and creating an ideal place for gathering, resting, and quietly appreciating the lakeside scenery.

落客区｜由城市进入生活的温和过渡

Drop-off | A Gentle Transition from City to Living

落客区是一处融合了【酒店式落客】、【东方礼序】与【在地文化】三要素的静谧空间，灵感源自传统建筑的优雅气质。对称式的迎宾设计引人入胜，入口空间是一组橡木屏风与静水池。木构屏风采用传统榫卯工艺打造，经高温碳化处理，木纹肌理更显深邃古朴，又自带天然沉稳气质。榫卯结构严丝合缝，传承古朴匠艺智慧。随着深入探索，主庭院逐渐展现，雕塑般的乔木与圆润的灌木环绕其间，为空间增添了一抹生动的自然画卷，宛如一幅鲜活的画作。这一宁静的入口，为居住区提供了优雅的过渡，为精致的生活体验奠定了完美基调。

The drop-off area is designed as a calm, ceremonial arrival space that blends hotel-style comfort, Eastern etiquette, and local cultural character. Inspired by traditional architecture, a symmetrical entrance sequence leads visitors through oak screens and still water features. The timber screens use traditional mortise-and-tenon construction with a carbonized finish, giving the wood a deep texture and a sense of quiet stability. Moving inward, the main courtyard gradually opens up, framed by sculptural trees and soft shrubs that bring nature into the space. This serene arrival creates a smooth transition from the city to daily life, setting a refined and welcoming tone for the residential environment.

中央庭院 | 第一印象中的仪式感与宁静感

Central Courtyard | Ritual and Tranquility at First Encounter

中央庭院作为访客的第一印象空间，旨在营造仪式感与宁静氛围。坡屋面把雨水汇成环形水帘，自由落进中央水池，生动演绎“四水归堂”的美学场景。环廊屋檐下，建筑立面采用红色手工陶砖，窑火淬炼出这种暖红色泽，为空间注入匠作的温度。以水景为核心，通过弧形屋顶设计赋予空间有机流动感，环绕式步道让访客能从各个角度融入庭院，沉浸于葱郁绿意之中。十三棵铁冬青在水景中环植，点缀造型灌木与花境植物，水面倒影进一步延展绿色空间，为进入会所区域的人们提供既充满活力又宁静平和的体验。

The central courtyard creates a calm and ceremonial first impression. Sloped roofs collect rainwater and form a circular water curtain that falls into the central pool, echoing the traditional idea of “water returning to the hall.” The surrounding colonnade is finished with red handmade terracotta bricks, adding warmth and a sense of craftsmanship. Curved roof lines and a circular walkway bring a gentle flow to the space, allowing visitors to experience the courtyard from different angles. Thirteen Ilex trees are planted within the water, with layered shrubs and flowering plants. Reflections on the water extend the greenery, offering a serene yet lively transition into the clubhouse.

后场庭院 | 将长沙传统屋顶转化为可体验的景观

Rear Courtyard | Reinterpreting Traditional Roofs as Experiential Landscapes

栖心之境与文脉传承，一座琉璃瓦叠瀑作为景观空间的核心特色，灵感源自长沙传统建筑岳麓书院御书楼三层飞檐的屋顶形式及爱晚亭样式。这一非凡空间巧妙融合了传统与现代设计，水流沿瓦片层层跌落，汇聚湖湘文化精神。瓦当导水、滴水引流、筒瓦扣合、板瓦铺叠，以现代弧形设计重塑古韵之美，精心铺设成"导-引-承-覆"四重精致的流水聚气场景，采用本地绿瓦打造的广阔屋顶延伸至宁静的瀑布。琉璃瓦叠水和林下休闲空间结合，成为独处与冥想的“城市山林”。无论是商务洽谈还是家庭聚会，这里都堪称完美，自然的声影与视觉享受交织，营造出令人难忘的体验。

Rooted in contemplation and cultural continuity, the rear courtyard is defined by a cascading glazed-tile waterfall as its central feature. Inspired by the layered eaves of Yuelu Academy’s Yushu Tower and the form of Aiwan Pavilion, the design reinterprets traditional Changsha roof architecture in a contemporary way. Water flows gently over layered tiles, guided by eaves, drip edges, and overlapping roof elements, reshaped through modern curved forms. This creates a refined sequence of flowing water that extends from a broad green-tiled roof into a calm waterfall. Combined with shaded seating beneath trees, the space becomes an “urban mountain retreat” for quiet reflection. Whether for casual meetings or family gatherings, the courtyard offers a memorable setting where the sound of water and layered views come together in a calm, immersive experience.

2F Entrance | A Seamless Connection Between Clubhouse and Residences

这一精心设计的景观过渡区域，巧妙地将会所与住宅区自然衔接，营造出与自然融为一体的和谐氛围。空间逐步展开，呈现出一片郁郁葱葱、充满生机的绿洲，每一步都充满感官体验。一面引人注目的特色墙，将传统石材与繁茂绿植相结合，作为垂直景观元素，为空间增添了视觉层次与和谐美感。静谧的水景以其柔和的流动，进一步提升了宁静的氛围，潺潺水声令人放松身心。这一宁静的环境为人们提供了远离日常喧嚣的休憩之所，营造出平和而温馨的体验空间。

This thoughtfully designed landscape transition creates a seamless connection with nature between the clubhouse and residential zone. The space gradually unfolds into a lush, vibrant oasis that engages the senses at every turn. A striking feature wall, blending traditional stone with flourishing greenery, serves as a stunning vertical element, adding visual interest and harmony to the space. Calming water features, with their gentle flow, enhance the serene atmosphere, providing soothing sounds that invite relaxation. This tranquil environment offers an escape from the everyday, creating a peaceful, welcoming setting for all who experience it.

绿洲 | 社区核心的自然表达

The Oasis | The Natural Heart of the Community

此区域被构想为住宅的核心，灵感源自长沙静谧的山峦。设计旨在通过丰富的绿植与水景相结合，营造一种宁静而充满活力的环境，森林般的框架尤为引人注目。层叠的水景元素仿佛山间瀑布，为空间增添了听觉与视觉上的宁静感。多功能草坪为社交聚会提供了灵活的空间，既促进了人际互动，又保留了宁静的休憩氛围，打造出真正的社区核心。以达到沉浸式自然疗愈的身心的度假中。我们相信，真正的放松，是存在于不同节奏的空间转换中的。

This area is envisioned as the heart of the residence, inspiration from the serene mountains of Changsha. The focus on creating a serene yet energizing environment through the combination of abundant greenery and water features, forested frame is striking. The cascading water element evokes the feeling of a mountain waterfall, adding both auditory and visual serenity to the space. A multifunctional lawn provides flexible space for social gatherings, encouraging interaction while preserving areas for quiet relaxation, making it the true heart of the community. The design fosters an immersive, nature-based restorative experience, reflecting the belief that genuine relaxation comes from moving through spaces of varying rhythm and atmosphere.

叶舞花园 | 低层住宅中的感官花园

Leafdance Park | A Sensory Garden Within Low-rise Residences

这一低层住宅景观将户外空间转化为一处静谧的避世之所。设计巧妙地融入了消防扑救面，与天然岩石和砾石元素无缝结合，营造出一个雕塑感十足且宁静的空间，可轻松容纳多人。周围轻柔摇曳的植物以其柔和的律动与树叶在微风中沙沙作响的声音，调动着感官体验。一丝淡淡的白噪音更为空间增添了宁静氛围，使其成为追求平和之人的理想休憩之地。

This low-rise residential landscape transforms the outdoors into a serene retreat. The design thoughtfully incorporates an EVA platform, seamlessly blending with natural rock and gravel elements to create a sculptural, calming space that can easily accommodate many people. Surrounded by gently swaying plants, the space engages the senses with their soft movements and the soothing sound of leaves rustling in the breeze. A subtle touch of white noise completes the experience, making it the perfect escape for those seeking peace.

隐逸山脊| 项目中最私密的自然圣地

Veiled Ridge | The Most Private Sanctuary

这座花园是项目中最私密的圣地，由黑色自然面石墙围合，以层叠水景模拟山涧瀑布，营造出宛如隐于山间的村落之感。四周环绕着葱郁的自然景观，为人们提供了一处远离都市喧嚣的宁静避所，踏入其中，仿佛进入了一个全新的静谧世界。空间被生机勃勃的绿意和一方静水环抱，传递出宁静安详的氛围。多功能草坪既容纳欢聚，也保留独处的静谧，这正是“度假”的精髓：在活力中安放松弛。丰富的植株有序排布其间，聚合宁静与绿意的深层能量，织就一座可游、可赏、可玩的“自然植物馆”，让度假成为生活的常态。我们让景观成为生活的后花园，让真正的诗意，存在于每一个下楼的日常里。

This garden is the project’s most secluded sanctuary, enclosed by black natural stone walls. Layered water features mimic mountain streams and waterfalls, evoking the feeling of a hidden village tucked into the hills. Surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the city’s bustle—a space that feels like stepping into a completely serene world. The area is embraced by vibrant plantings and a reflective water feature, creating an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. A multifunctional lawn accommodates both gatherings and quiet solitude, capturing the essence of a “resort” experience: relaxation within vitality. Carefully arranged vegetation weaves together calm and greenery, forming a walkable, viewable, and interactive “natural plant sanctuary,” where everyday life feels touched by leisure. Here, the landscape becomes an extension of daily living—a private backyard where true poetry exists in every ordinary step.

Pok 亲赴项目现场，与团队一同推敲空间尺度、材质质感与动线体验，确保设计理念在真实场地中被准确呈现。

在松雅湖畔，这座融合传统精神与当代生活方式的景观，正逐步成为长沙城市生活的一部分。

Design does not stop at drawings.

Pok visited the site personally, working closely with the team to refine spatial proportions, material textures, and circulation experiences—ensuring that the design intent is faithfully realized on site.

Along the shores of Songya Lake, this landscape blending traditional spirit with contemporary living is gradually becoming an integral part of Changsha’s urban life.
